So I do not have to tell most of you that I am what some people may call an obnoxious gator fan (my personal opinion is that obnoxious and gator cannot be used in the same sentence). I had the privilege of watching the National Championship game with my two OLDER brothers, Billy & Kerry. They took me to my first gator game when I was eleven and I cannot thank them enough for all the great memories :) We spent a few days in the Fort Lauderdale area culminated by watching the gators whop up on Oklahoma (the most proficient offsense in college football history I might add) 24-14. It's great to be a Florida Gator!!!!

Taj Mahal

In 1631, Shah Jahan, emperor during the Mughal empire's period of greatest prosperity, was griefstricken when his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal, died during the birth of their fourteenth child, Gauhara Begum.[5] In her dying breath, Mumtaz Mahal urged Shah Jahan to build a mausoleum for her, more beautiful than any the world had seen before. Shah Jahan granted his wife's wish, and construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632, one year after her death.[6] The court chronicles of Shah Jahan's grief illustrate the love story traditionally held as an inspiration for Taj Mahal.[7][8] The principal mausoleum was completed in 1648 and the surrounding buildings and garden were finished five years later.
